Job Description:

The Estimator is responsible for producing accurate and timely bid estimates for the organization. The primary focus in on estimates for landscape maintenance, construction, irrigation projects, training and implementation of any software-based packages.

Ensures estimates are produced in a timely and accurate fashion. Ensures all software packages are installed, the staff is trained properly and that the incumbent does so with outstanding customer service. Responsible for staying abreast of product, computer-based applications, supply and sub-contractor prices as well as the organizations operating production capabilities to ensure accurate estimates.

Position negotiates pricing with vendors, subcontractors, performs site assessments and makes decisions on how to adjust price based upon circumstances of site or project. The estimator is responsible for mitigating company wide waste, ensuring work is completed within budget hours and helps reduce Operational cost through proper scheduling and route integrity. Job Description:

The Account Manager is the primary customer contact for a portfolio of accounts within A.S.T. The Account Manager communicates contract specifications to the organization’s production team and senior leaders; works in conjunction with production to perform services in a professional and profitable manner.

The Account Manager is responsible for necessary follow-up and follow-through to maintain exceptional customer service. The Account Manager must communicate frequently with the customer’s point of contact and work towards contract renewals.

The Account Manager is responsible for up sales; enhancements and works in unison with other revenue producing departments within A.S.T; irrigation, plant and health care and construction to offer the client services they may need. The Account Manager is responsible for producing revenue, maintaining their portfolio, and gaining the trust of customers; renewing contracts and representing A.S.T in the highest esteem. Job Description:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the management of Landscape Maintenance. Direct activities on the job site include: coordinating work flow, hands-on work, operating a variety of machinery, manage personnel, communicating production goals (and other items) with Crew Members, Crew Leaders, Account Managers, and Customers.

Moreover, train and promote the development of subordinates as it relates to A.S.T company standards, monitoring all tools, equipment, and machinery for needed maintenance, tracking and itemizing all work expenses, including materials, hours worked, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

This position will also perform all other duties as assigned.

Job Description:

A Crew Leader is an experienced landscaper working with minimal supervision. They manage and direct the activities of one or more team member at a job site. Prioritizes projects, assigns work tasks to crew members at the job site.

Monitors work quality and work schedules. Responsible for procurement of materials and maintaining written and electronic records of projects. They are able to operate a variety of landscape equipment and have complete working knowledge of horticulture practices. Ensures crew safety and provides training to crew members. A licensed driver with three or more years of experience in landscape maintenance and landscape construction
