As the Chief Executive Officer and one of the founding members of A.S.T., Tim has shaped the culture, is the leader and has developed the organization’s mission and values. Tim is guided by a high moral character, striving to deliver a perfect product and values every member of his organization.
Tim further displays a tremendous work ethic, a thirst for knowledge and a compassion for others that is rarely seen. Tim completed his BS in Accounting and earned a Business Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas. He has worked in the banking industry for 14 years.
Tim takes a great deal of pride in having worked for Texas Capital Bank as he was a founding member, becoming a Senior Vice President. He subsequently was employed by Comerica ultimately becoming a Vice President. He is involved with outside board memberships in unrelated industries which has allowed him to bring fresh, creative and intuitive perspectives to his organization.
Tim is also involved with the strategic planning, business development and overall growth of A.S.T. Tim’s ability to build long and lasting relationships within the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex is an inspiration to the entire organization.
Henri Suissa is the President of A.S.T. Landscape Services Inc. As an expert strategic planner, logistics and operations expert, Henri is responsible for building A.S.T.’s culture, including best practices, human resources, marketing, information technology, communications and public affairs.
As an entrepreneur, Henri is the President of AST Landscape Services Inc., a top provider of highly personalized landscape services to businesses and homeowners’ association in Fort Worth/Dallas, Texas.
As an expert in human resources, strategic planning, strategic management, leadership, logistics and operations, Henri is responsible for building AST’s culture, including best practices, human resources, marketing, information technology, communications and public affairs. He also oversees training and development, organizational growth, and the internship, volunteer and diversity programs.
As a combat disabled decorated veteran and former military officer, Henri has 27 years of verifiable experience in the United States Army, law enforcement, civilian and government sectors. He is working towards a Doctorate of Business Administration; specializing in Human Resources from LIGS University and a Doctor of Social Work; specializing in Organizational Leadership and Strategic Management from Capella University.
Henri is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and will obtain his Master Black Belt in September 2017. His certifications are vast, and include advanced leadership courses at Fort Sam Houston and the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, SWAT Instruction through Achilles Group International, Dignitary Protection through the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Counter-Terrorist Education Course through the U.S. Department of Justice and holds a 2nd Dan Black Belt through the World Taekwondo Federation in Seoul, Korea. He graduated as class president from the Broward County Police Academy, where he was awarded the Most Outstanding Police Graduate.
Licensed to practice psychoanalysis in South Carolina, Florida and Texas, Henri is also highly decorated by the military for his service. He has been the recipient of the Bronze Star Medal, two Medals of Commendation, the Global War on Terrorism Medal, the National Defense Service Medal, and two campaign stars on his Overseas Campaign Ribbon and the Iraqi Campaign Medal. He was also recognized for Outstanding Performance by the Department of Veterans Affairs, and has twice received Commendation for Bravery and Rescue Missions during Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma.
Always one to give back, Henri builds teams, transforms organizations, grooms leaders, and instills corporate, social and fiscal responsibility as he implements strategic, change management and agile methodologies. He speaks fluent English, French and Spanish. Outside of his myriad professional endeavors, he enjoys reading autobiographies of successful businessmen and military generals and pouring his love and passion to the Veteran community.

Steffond Johnson is the Director of Accounting A.S.T. Landscape Services inc. He studied Computer Science at the Tulane University and Finance at Ashford University.
Steffond believes in having a high moral compass and is guided by and believes in adhering to and growing his leadership traits, specifically integrity, initiative, dependability, and unselfishness. Steffond spent 14 years as a highly decorated United States Marine and has been a recipient of Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Combat Action Medals, numerous Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, Presidential Unit Commendation Medals, Sea Service Deployment Medals, and numerous others. He graduated at the top of his class at the Fiscal Budget Technician Course, Practical Controllership Course and the Advanced Financial Management course and is also a Certified Defense Financial Manager.
He also holds governmental Appropriation Law and Fiscal Law certifications. In his free time, Steffond enjoys spending time with his family and finding new ways to strengthen himself as a believer in continuing to treat others fair and being a great human being. Steffond coaches various youth sports and volunteers with the Special Olympics.
Steffond enjoys being of service to the world at large and aims to help, aid, and mentor as many United States Veterans as humanly possible. SFC(R) Jesus R. Gutierrez is a combat disabled veteran with 21 years of proven experience in Human Resources in the Armed Forces. Born in El Paso TX, he enlisted in the United States Army in September of 1993, attended Basic Training at Fort Sill, Oklahoma, and completed Advanced Individual Training (AIT) at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana to become a Human Resources Specialist (42A). He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Lupita for 25 years and together they gave existence to four exceptional members of society, their loving children.
During his illustrious career, SFC(R) Gutierrez served in key leadership positions across four continents and seven countries. He participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003, 2006) and Operation Enduring Freedom (2012). He also served in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as a Manpower Specialist in Madrid, Spain and culminated his 21 years of military service as a Human Resources Manager at the U.S. Embassy in Bogota, Colombia.
SFC(R) Gutierrez possess a comprehensive background in service and support processes, data reporting/analysis, project administration in Human Resources, customer service, and personnel administrative functions derived from conducting domestic and global operations. His challenging but very rewarding assignments include: 509th Personnel Services Battalion, Camp Casey, South Korea; 82nd Airborne Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, Fort Bragg, NC; C Detachment 546th Personnel Services Battalion, Fort Bliss, TX; Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, HI; 546th Personnel Services Battalion, Fort Hood, TX; 11th Military Police Battalion, Criminal Investigation Command, Fort Hood, TX; NATO, Madrid, Spain; 11th Signal Brigade, Fort Huachuca, AZ; and the United States Embassy in Bogota, Colombia.
SFC(R) Gutierrez attended the United States Army Adjutant General School, United States Airborne School, the Army Combat Lifesaver Course, Equal Opportunity Leaders Course, the Primary Leadership Development Course, the Advanced Leader Course, the Senior Leader Course, Supervisor Development Course, Manager Development Course, Composite Risk Management Basic Course, Senior Personnel Safety Course, and Security Assistant Management Overseas Course. He earned his Associate of Arts in Management with honors distinction of Magna Cum Laude from Northwood University and is currently pursuing his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Management at Northwood University. He is also licensed in General Lines – Life, Accident, and Health for the state of Texas.
SFC(R) Gutierrez has accomplished measurable results while conducting ethical, workforce diversity, decision making, cross-functional administrative support operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. He is a member of the Adjutant General’s Corps Regimental and is the honorary recipient of the following awards: Afghanistan Campaign Medal With Campaign Star, Iraq Campaign Medal With Two Campaign Stars, Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (2nd Award), Joint Service Commendation Medal, Army Commendation Service Medal (4th Award), Army Achievement Medal (5th Award), Meritorious Unit Commendation Award (2nd Award), Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Overseas Service Ribbon (6th Award), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, NATO Medal, and Parachutist Badge.
GySgt Christopher J. Dragon (retired) is a disabled veteran with over 21 years of aviation operations experience in the United States Marine Corps. After enlisting in 1995, he attended training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego CA, and Marine Combat Training at Camp Pendleton CA. His Military Operational Specialty (MOS) training included the Naval Aviation Candidate School in Pensacola, FL, Survival Resistance and Escape (SERE) in Brunswick, ME, and the Airborne Radio Operator Loadmaster Course in Cherry Point, NC. Married to his beautiful wife Michelle, he has two grown stepchildren, and a 9-year-old son who keeps him active.
His military career has provided a high level of operations experience that expands throughout the globe. GySgt Dragon participated in Operation Joint Guardian (Kosovo, 1997), Operation Northern Watch (1997), Operation Dynamic Response (1999), Operation Enduring Freedom (2002, 2003, 2010). Operation Iraqi Freedom (2003, 2004, 2005), and Operation Inherent Resolve (2014, 2015). He has also deployed in support of Marine Air Ground Task Force (MAGTF) Operations (1997, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2008, 2012). GySgt Dragon completed his career in Fort Worth, TX, serving as an Operations Chief and the Naval Aviation Standardization and Procedures (NATOPS) KC130T Model Manager.
GySgt Dragon has an extensive background with proven skills that include team building, crew resource management, time management, cross-functional team leadership, logistics management, organizational leadership, process management, data analysis, and performance management. He earned his Bachelors of Business Administration and Management, with honors distinction Summa Cum Laude with a cumulative GPA of 4.0, from Northwood University. Accepted into the DeVos Graduate School for Management, GySgt Dragon will begin His MBA studies in Aug 2017.
GySgt Dragon has accomplished quantitative results while planning, coordinating, and executing global operations in support of United States interests.
